TPRCI is seeking many experienced Outside Salespersons for the Naples, Ft Myers, Cape Coral, Venice, Sarasota, Bradenton, Clearwater, Tampa, Lakeland and Orlando Markets.

The Salesperson’s primary role is to develop new business opportunities in the local roofing contractor market. Responsibilities include the development of customer relationships with new and existing customers at a variety of levels within an account, as well as to sell products, a variety of services, and the value-added capabilities of our company. Although the market will be primarily residential oriented, the person will be responsible for selling. The Salesperson will coordinate closely with our vendors to plan and execute the promotion of products and services to our customers. The development and execution of a detailed annual sales plan will also be a critical requirement for this position. The position will require a person who is a self-starter and has good organization and communication skills.

This position offers a competitive bonus/commission, expense reimbursement.


1. Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and leads.

2. Communicate to the customer the capabilities and resources of North Coast to help their business.

3. Establish a line of contact and comfort level between the customer and inside sales staff and other customer support personnel.

4. Maintain contact with the customer through sales calls as required.

5. Develop sales opportunities through services and application solutions.

6. Develop a continuous business relationship with our customers and our vendors.

7. Develop an understanding of the core company structure through developed relationships.

8. Has ultimate responsibility for the overall performance and development of assigned and newly developed accounts.

9. Develop and execute comprehensive plan to service and expand our business with our existing and new customers.

10. Develop new and existing skills through educational programs with both company provided and vendor support training.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to pass GAF Elk Steep Slope/Low Slope Roofing Certification Test
  • Attend Smart Money Training – No Money Down Financing Option
  • Must have knowledge of Residential roofing.
  • Must possess the entrepreneur spirit; be self-motivated, and enthusiastic about our business.
  • Knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be dependable and have a current state issued driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a company required drug test.

Education and Experience:

1. High School diploma or GED required.

2. Some college and/or 4 year college degree preferred.

3. 2- Years prior outside roofing sales experience

  • @Marco I know what your saying there . In todays economy its hard to find a company to work for that pays well and is stable . I have discovered that if you just work hard and are consistent you can go places . Look at the author of this article, they are clearly a hard worker and have just been consistent over time and are now enjoying at least what would appear as somewhat of a success. I would encourage everyone to just keep hustling and moving forward.

  • I have had a Natwest business account for almost 2 years and to date things have gone well, however more recently i have had to wait for my customers to pay me which has meant i have sail very close to the mark, and in the middle of November I went into the red over a 9 day period with 3 transactions being paid tacking me ?57 into the red, (1st Time in nearly 2 Years.

  • Very interesting way to market on facebook. I also found a way to automate several very powerful methods of getting users. You can capture ID by groups or pages or wall posts with this program. Then once you have the IDs you can do a friend request to your logon or sudo profile. This by passes the captcha codes too. There is also a cool chat program that you can setup scripts and keyword to work with. This program, when I use it I can see a spike in my site traffic. It is sweet…
